We want you to be happy with every order. Here are our terms, plainly:
Non-food products
- You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened and in its original packaging: cleaning products, kitchenware, personal care and small electronics.
- Message us with the order number and we collect it from your home, or bring it to our warehouse in Jebel Ali.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the product reaching us.
- Electrical appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty stated on each product page.
Food products
Food, drinks and baby food cannot be returned, for safety reasons. But if a product arrives damaged, expired or different from what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours and we replace or refund it free of charge.
Damaged or wrong items
Any item that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced free of charge, delivery included, no questions asked.
